ESPN Radio auction to benefit Shands Children's Hospital
On Nov. 25, join on-air hosts Brady Ackerman and Chris Doering of ESPN Radio AM 1230 in Gainesville and AM 900 in Ocala in the Shands at UF Atrium as they host the first-ever ESPN Radio Auction to benefit Shands Children’s Hospital at the University of Florida .
From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Ackerman and Doering will interview Children’s Hospital caregivers, Ambassador families and celebrities who call in as well as those who will be joining the event in the Atrium.
Complete some early holiday shopping at the auction, because the hosts will be auctioning items ranging from gift certificates to sports memorabilia. Two special items include the name of a character in the next novel written by Michael Connelly and a Martin acoustic guitar autographed by David Crosby, Stephen Stills & Graham Nash.
